SWEDISH
This is your perfect massage for that “me time” moment in your week. To ease the tensions of life’s everyday stresses through a combination of long gliding strokes and kneading. This “traditional” massage energizes the body by stimulating circulation.
DEEP TISSUE
Designed to affect the deep portions of thick muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibers using mostly petrissage, trigger point therapy, stretching and friction. Perfect for relaxation, but also a focus on working out any persistent knots caused by everyday wear and tear on the body.
NEUROMUSCULAR MASSAGE THERAPY
Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) assesses, treats, and prevents soft tissue injuries and chronic pain. This concentrated approach, using the treatment of trigger points, is for those with chronic pain or repetitive stress injury.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
This massage is designed for any stage of pregnancy using a combination of sideline and semi-reclined positioning techniques. The massage focuses primarily on areas of discomfort, such as lower back, hip area, ankles, joints, and neck/ shoulder areas. This massage also helps decrease water retention and improve circulation. HOT STONE MASSAGE

REIKI with Danielle
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes healing and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Danielle uses her hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance to support healing. Reiki also aids in balancing and creating the feeling of peace and wellness which improves overall health and well being.
